Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, whether such error is on this website or any print or other advertisement relating to these products and services.

1The Best Price Guarantee only applies to Universal Studios Hollywood vacation packages purchased on Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations websites (UniversalStudiosHollywood.com, Vacations.UniversalStudiosHollywood.com, Universal Studios Hollywood store in www.vaxvacationaccess.com) or through the Universal Studios Hollywood Guest Contact Center and is available only for identical qualifying package to Universal Studios Hollywood and must have exact itinerary matches. For example same hotel (including room category, name and special room requirements), same rental car company and vehicle class with taxes fees included, and the exact same dates and times of travel as booked on your original vacation package and excludes the Cancel for Any Reason Travel Protection Plan (and similar insurance programs) and airfare. The Best Price Guarantee applies only to the complete package price and individual component prices cannot be claimed in conjunction with the Best Price Guarantee. The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to: vacation packages offered through online auction websites, membership programs, corporate discounts, group rates, promotional rates offered for groups including but not limited to, associations, military, government, convention attendees, timeshare tour offers, or promotions not offered by Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations to the general public. In order to be eligible, claims must be made within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial deposit or complete purchase on a Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations website or through the Guest Contact Center, whichever comes first. All requests are subject to verification by Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations. We reserve the right not to verify any request we believe was made in bad faith or fraudulently. Universal reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. Your eligibility under the Best Price Guarantee is determined by the terms that are in effect at the time of your claim. No change in the Best Price Guarantee will affect any claim that is currently being verified or already verified. The $25 credit only applies to the purchase of additional Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations vacation package components, is not valid for gift cards or Cancel for Any Reason Travel Protection Plan and must be redeemed at the same time as the price adjustment.

^{^^}The 1-Day General Admission ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to Universal Studios Hollywood theme park for one (1) calendar day (valid on guest’s selected date only). The ticket will expire in full on the expiration date printed on ticket. Parking not included. This ticket may not be altered, copied, transferred or resold. This ticket is only valid for the person named on it. Ticket is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This ticket may not be altered, copied, transferred or resold. Ticket cannot be combined with other offers, separately ticketed events, discounts, Halloween Horror Nights or sightseeing tours. Please note the CDC advises that older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions might be at higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19. Guests should evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend. People who show no symptoms can spread COVID-19 if they are infected, any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19, and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your visit. By accepting admission, you assume all inherent risks and agree to release Universal and its affiliates from liability for illness (including communicable / infectious diseases), loss, injury, or damage related to your purchase or visit. Universal reserves the right to revoke the license granted by this ticket. Park, rides/shows/attractions, entertainment, experience details and/or access to event may be restricted or unavailable due to capacity/closures/other factors and benefits/restrictions are subject to change without notice. ^Once booked, airline tickets are non-refundable. In the event you make changes or rebook your vacation package, the original airfare paid may be applied toward a new ticket, subject to the airlines' fees, rules and regulations, as well as the payment of a re-ticketing fee and any differences in airfare amounts. In the event you cancel and do not rebook your vacation package, you will receive an air credit to be used toward future travel that must be redeemed through Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations. The actual airfare could be higher at the time of redeeming the air ticket credit, which would be the traveler’s responsibility. Airfare credits are limited for use by the named ticketed passenger, for use on the same airline to the same destination (Orlando, FL or Hollywood/Los Angeles, CA), for a period of up to one year from the original ticketing date (except for Spirit Airlines, where air credits are only valid for up to 60 days after cancellation) and are subject to restrictions and limitations imposed by airlines.

*Promotional Vacation Package rates are per person, per night, tax inclusive and based on two (2) adults and two (2) children (ages 17 and under) with a 2-night length of stay at Best Western Plus Carriage Inn in a standard room and a 1-Day General Admission ticket to Universal Studios Hollywood per person. Rates are valid for bookings 10/10/24 through 2/28/25 and for stays select nights 10/11/24 through 4/30/25 and range from: $105-$139 per person, per night. Rates are higher Friday, Saturday, and holiday nights. Rates and discounts vary by hotel, length of stay, theme park ticket type, room type, travel dates, season and are subject to availability.  One (1) Night Minimum Required. Reservation must be made 72 hours in advance. The number of rooms available at these rates are limited. Additional rates and travel dates are available.

Vacation packages are sold by Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations, which is registered with the State of California as a seller of travel. Registration number: CST – 2137135-50. Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California. This Seller of Travel is not a participant in the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund. California law requires certain sellers of travel to have a trust account or bond. This Business has a bond issued by Federal Insurance Company in the amount of $3 Million Dollars.
